Services

Four disciplines,
one pipeline.

Most jobs need more than one of these. Booking them from one desk removes the hand-off losses, the file-format arguments and the second round of briefing.

Creative

Concept & Art Direction

Before anything renders it has to work as an idea. We develop the story, the look and the timing with you — so production starts from a locked plan, not a guess.

  • Concept, script & previsualisation
  • Art direction & styleframes
  • Digital storyboards & animatics
  • Corporate & CI design systems
  • VFX set supervision on shoot days
2D & 3D CGI

Animation & Visualisation

Modelled, lit and animated from scratch — your product exactly as engineering drew it, or a world that never existed. Both hold up at 4K.

  • Product, industrial & architectural viz
  • Character animation & rigging
  • Particles, fluids, cloth & rigid-body sim
  • Environment design, lighting & rendering
  • Logo, type & motion graphics

Compositing & VFX

Where the render stops and the shot begins. Multi-pass compositing, clean-up and effects that sit invisibly inside live-action footage.

  • Multi-pass compositing & grading
  • Rotoscoping, tracking & matchmoving
  • Video & still retouching, clean-up
  • Set extensions & matte painting
  • Fire, smoke & fluid effects

Need a shoot, a voice-over or a score? Live-action production and audio design come through a vetted partner network, quoted inside the same offer. You brief one team and get one invoice.

How a job runs

Six stages.
No surprises.

A structured pipeline is what keeps a creative budget predictable. Every stage ends with something you approve before the next one starts.

01

Briefing

You bring the idea, the goal and whatever references, moods or deadlines exist. The more you send, the sharper the first number we can give you.

02

Analysis & Offer

One call to pin down scope, audience, format and budget ceiling. You get a written offer with a realistic time frame, valid for 30 days. Nothing is charged until you sign it.

03

Concept & Art Direction

Script, design, storyboard and a timed animatic. This is where changes are cheap — so we lock the look and the timing here, together, before a single frame is rendered.

04

Production

Modelling, texturing, animation, simulation, lighting, rendering. Delivered in milestones with low-res test cuts, so you always see where the project stands.

05

Post & Compositing

Render passes combined, effects added, grade applied, sound laid in. This is the stage where the animation finally becomes a film.

06

Delivery

Your formats, your codecs, your server. Once the project is paid it is yours for life — no royalties, no usage fees, no expiry.

About

The person you brief
is the person who builds it.

vizzua.media is a compact studio in Vienna, founded and led by Reinhard Moser. Compact means no account layer, no briefing telephone-game and no junior quietly doing the work you were sold. You talk to the people who make it.

For bigger jobs we bring in a trusted network of specialists — shoot crews, sound designers, additional 3D artists — and run them for you. You still brief one contact.

Straight answers

The questions
everyone asks first.

What does an animation cost?

Without a brief that's like asking what a car costs. Price is driven by style and quality, complexity of the objects, length, whether assets have to be built from scratch, render resolution and where it will be published. Send us those six things and you get a real range back — usually within a day.

How long does it take?

Days to months, depending on complexity. More than half the time usually goes into the creative stage, not the rendering. Rush jobs are possible but they get solved with more artists and paid render farms, which raises the budget rather than lowering the time.

Can I change my mind mid-project?

Small corrections are built into the process. Reversing a locked decision means going back to art direction, so the work done so far is billed and a new calculation is issued. That's exactly why stage 03 exists — locking the look early is what protects your budget.

Who owns the finished film?

You do, for life, once the project is fully paid — no royalties, no usage fees, no territory limits. Final masters are delivered as standard; project and source files can be purchased separately. Any third-party asset restrictions are stated in the offer before you sign.

When do I pay?

In two parts, exactly as the terms set out: one third of the total on signing the offer, the balance on handover. Invoices are due within 14 working days. If a cash discount applies to your project, it is stated in the offer.
